At Diora Jewels, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality benchmarks.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the jewellery. Once approved, the physical product must reach us within 14 working days from the date of intimation.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, and invoice are mandatory
Exchanges are applicable only in case of defects or quality issues
Requests made beyond the specified timelines will not be accepted.

You will receive a return voucher number, after which the jewellery must be couriered along with a copy of the invoice.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are issued only for unused items in original condition
No refunds will be issued for items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition.
Shipping & Responsibility
Returns are recommended may be delivered in person to our Mumbai office. Customers are advised to inspect their jewellery immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported promptly.
Damage caused due to customer negligence will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
